Amanda is deeply passionate about helping individuals resolve stress by identifying and eliminating blocked thought processes. Through a personalized and compassionate approach, she collaborates with each client to create a tailored plan that addresses their unique needs, empowering them to navigate challenges and restore balance.
My Story
With over a decade of experience in trauma and disaster mental health response, Amanda has supported survivors and communities through some of the nation’s most significant crises. Her deployments include responses to hurricanes in the Gulf states, Typhoon Mawar (Guam), the Pulse Nightclub Shooting (Orlando, FL), the Surfside Condo Collapse (Miami, FL), the Tops Supermarket Shooting (Buffalo, NY), the Robb Elementary School Shooting (Uvalde, TX), and the Guadalupe River Flood (Kerr County, TX).
Amanda specializes in supporting business executives in high-stress industries, first responders, disaster workers, military personnel, and veterans. Her clinical expertise is rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions that foster resilience, recovery, and long-term well-being.
